Taylor Momsen's quest to prove what a bad girl rocker she is continues.
The 17-year-old singer let her chest hang loose as she wore an oversize tank top during a performance with her band, The Pretty Reckless, at the Download Festival in Leicestershire, England, on Sunday.
Momsen's breasts frequently popped out of the top, but she was more than prepared for such an incident, with black tape making an X over her nipples.
With a studded collar, oversize sunglasses and rubber bracelets accessorizing her all-black outfit, Momsen achieved the rocker look she so often strives for these days.
It's a far cry from the cherubic blond child who starred as Cindy Lou Who opposite Jim Carrey in 2000's "How the Grinch Stole Christmas."
Seven years later, Momsen still had an innocence about her as she debuted in her first regular series role on "Gossip Girl."
But as the actress embraced a darker persona offscreen, so did her character. And after taking much of the 2010-2011 TV season off to focus on her music career, it was revealed Momsen won't be returning to the show full-time in the fall but could possibly appear as a guest star.
"Music was this thing that I chose, and I chose that at a young age," she told Zap2it last month. "Acting was very much a job for me and it became even more so as I got older and older."
"I enjoy it fine, but I don't really miss it right now," she continued. "I don't know if I'll go back to it ever. ... I'm not gonna say that I'm not, but I don't know if I will."
